Successful candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, have excellent verbal & written communication skills. Candidate must also have good time management skills, and be able to multi task.
A minimum 2 years of customer service/help desk experience is essential.
Training:
Successful candidates will go through a complete training program to ensure an in depth knowledge of clients the products and their capabilities. |
