Description
Responsibilities:
•To maintain data entry of RMA file systems
•Ensure availability and reliability of documents including shared resources, e-mail,
•Maintain and follow-up on documentation and Replacement product being shipped.
•Download and install upgrades for network appliances, drivers, utilities, etc.
•Setup and reproduce customer issues
•Liaise with Technical support, development and Systems Test
•Prepare detailed documentation of customer issues.
•Implement new technologies.
•Provide general assistance for tier 1 and tier 2 technical support staff.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
•Proficiency in MS Office
•Basic knowledge of networking and computing
•Self-managed and motivated
•Excelled while working in a team environment.
•Demonstrated hands-on experience in lab environment
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
•Data Entry experience (especially with JDE)
•Demonstrated experience in a support role covering 1st, 2nd tier support.
•Software testing experience
•Customer interaction skills |
